Super Commercial Studio Camera Stand STA-01-500-TRI (Extreme Load - Rotation)

The STA-01-500-TRI Super Commercial Stand is a 36 kg / 80 lb load-rated camera stand designed for photogrammetry and optical measurement systems. It is built to accommodate very high loads for photography, industrial digital image correlation, and optical measurement systems.

The STA-01-500-TRI was designed to move between labs, production, and test cells through standard doorways.

The [TRI] model includes user-adjustable upper and lower travel stops with deceleration bumpers. This unique feature provides a specific, user-adjustable range of motion. he [TRI] model also includes a user-adjustable vertical carriage friction speed control function. This allows the user to adjust friction pads to dampen or slow the rate of movement.

This stand is categorized as 3-axis and provides vertical, horizontal, and rotary movement of the camera. Vertical [up/down] travel is provided by the vertical carriage. Horizontal arm/bar [left/right] extension is provided by the horizontal carriage. Rotary movement around the vertical column is provided by the rotary carriage.

The STA-01-500-TRI Super Commercial Stand uses an oversized vertical column design. The oversized vertical carriage incorporates a rotary carriage that allows the horizontal arm to rotate freely 360° around the vertical column while the base remains stationary.

The stand weighs 173 kg / 380 lb. The base is heavily weighted for added stability.

The Camera Head Mount Plates are user-adjustable and provide a range of 0–360 degrees. The stand is supplied with the Head Mount Plates oriented in the 0-degree position.

The STA-01-500-TRI Super Commercial Stand is available by pre-order with a 16–20 working week lead time.

It is packaged in a wooden shipping container and is delivered by truck to your location. Unless special delivery and off loading requirements are arranged in advance. The container will be delivered to your shipping dock or dropped off as close to the entrance of your facility as possible.

Recycled Materials used inside the products

Studio Titan respects the environment. When manufacturing products, Studio Titan prefers using raw materials that are mixed with recycled materials to reduce the environmental impact of the products.

For the Aluminum components: Vertical column, Horizontal column, Legs, Die cast carriages, base, cap and head-mount plates. The typical percentage of recycled aluminum metal to raw aluminum metal is 70% recycled to 30% raw. This globally adopted ratio provides good strength and finish.

For the Steel components like: circular or square columns, hardware, casters, gears and counterweight. We have confirmed that the steel is made up of recycled materials combined with raw materials. We are not able to provide the actual percentage of recycled to raw on these components. Each product uses a different ratio based on its particular end use.
