Refund Policy - Use & Privacy

Refund Policy for North America:

Please contact STUDIO TITAN AMERICA by email to arrange the return. Please send a copy of your original invoice. 

Products that are in new and re-sellable condition, with all of the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.  A 25% restocking fee applies to the price paid for the product.  Shipping fees that were charged from our facility to your location are not refundable.  Also, transportation costs to return the product from your location to our facility are at your expense.   If the product arrives and is not in new condition or shows signs of wear or damage or missing or damaged packaging an additional fee will be charged to return the product and packaging to new condition.  If you return a product to us, you will become the exporter from the destination country. That title and any risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise. Shipping carriers will assist you in recovering your taxes for a fee. Please contact shipping carriers directly to initiate this service.

Outside North America:

All sales are final, non cancelable, non returnable. 

Use - Fitness of purpose:

We can assist with product selection but we cannot guarantee fitness of purpose. The products are designed for use in commercial photography and digital imaging, for use indoors in a temperature controlled studio environment.  If you have a unique application with specific objectives, you will have to take responsibility to determine the suitability for your application. We advise against subjecting the products beyond the published specifications or for use other than intended which is outlined in the product manual.  

 

Privacy:

Your privacy is paramount to us, and we strive to exceed your expectations for secure data. Nevertheless, cross-border shipments can be subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain information regarding your order, shipment and product information to our carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
