FAQ'S

Q: We are outside of North America and would like to purchase a product.

A: We ship products Globally from our North American facility by DHL.  Please email us the products required with your location and phone number. We will provide transportation costs to your location.

Q: I received an item that is damaged or missing parts. What can I do?

A: We're sorry to hear that your item arrived broken or incomplete. Please contact us at (647) 879-7837 or email Customer Service (info@studiotitanamerica.com) as soon as possible; we'll begin the claims process with the carrier on your behalf.

Q: I received a request from the courier to pay brokerage fee or tax. What should  I do?

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your shipment reaches the delivery address. You are responsible for paying any such charges.

Please note:

* SMC has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.
* SMC provides a Certificate of Origin, confirming the products are 100% manufactured in South Korea, along with the commercial invoice directly to the carrier for US customs.
* Local or state sales taxes will vary by state.

Failure to pay these charges will result in the parcel being returned to us, at which point a 25% restocking fee (based on the original invoice value plus all transportation costs) will be applied to your order.
